Top Sandbox Games on Android in Romania: Q2 2025 Performance

In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of sandbox-like games on the Android platform in Romania revealed interesting trends, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Roblox saw a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $114K in mid-June. Downloads fluctuated, starting at 17.9K at the beginning of April and ending at 27K by the end of June. Active users grew steadily, reaching nearly 1.6M by the quarter's end.

Block Craft - Building World experienced a peak in downloads at 27.7K in mid-April, followed by a significant decline towards the end of May. Active users initially surged to 56.8K by late April before gradually decreasing to about 19K by June's end.

School Party Craft maintained a stable download rate, with numbers fluctuating between 3.6K and 6.9K throughout the quarter. Active users reached a high of 19.8K in late April, but settled around 13.9K by the end of June.

Craft Building City Loki had a peak in downloads in mid-April at 20.4K, followed by a decrease, but saw a resurgence in June. Active user numbers showed a similar pattern, ending the quarter at approximately 34K.

Finally, Town Building Life Simulator had a steady download rate, with figures mostly ranging between 3K to 7.7K. Active users started at 15.2K in early April and slightly decreased to 9.9K by the end of June.
